Warming Anti Cyclone


When the weather gets bad or the throat starts tickling you'll want to reach for Anti Cyclone tea immediately.  A great herbal blend to help fight coughs, colds and ailments.  Aniseed is known as a carmative and expectorant, fennel as a carmative, anti-inflamatory and anti-spasmodic and peppermint is said to assist with lung and sinus congestion, muscle spasms and inflamation. Try adding a dollop of manuka honey.


Blackberry leaves, aniseed, fennel, raspberry leaves, strawberry leaves, rosehips, hazelnut leaves, marigold flowers, sunflowers, ribwort, rose petals, apple pieces, danewort berries, lemon balm, peppermint and flavour

To make: 

1 heaped teaspoon for 200ml cup
Add freshly boiled water
Steep for 6 - 10 minutes then pour

One retail pouch will make: 

50 gram pouch makes around 40 cups of tea
