Spiced Green Christmas Tea
The evocative flavour of a Christmas Mince Tart in combination with green tea. Whether you're celebrating mid winter Christmas, Matariki or our standard NZ Christmas, this tea's a winner.
Medium
Sencha green tea with pineapple pieces (pineapple, sugar, citric acid), almond, cloves, cinnamon, safflowers and ginger root
1 level teaspoon for 200ml cup.
Use water slightly cooler than boiling at 80 degrees Celcius (just add a splash of cold water)
Steep for 2-3 minutes then pour.
Sweet spices, cinnamon anything, green chai, mince tarts
100 gram pouch makes around 65 cups of tea
