Sencha Pear & Bergamot


Combining the taste of pear with bergamot oil, most commonly used to flavour Earl Grey. The result is unique to this tea and its flavoured black tea equivalent, Monk. Working in harmony, neither flavour tips the balance.




Chinese green sencha tea with pear and bergamot flavouring

To make: 

1 level teaspoon for 200ml cup.
Use water slightly cooler than boiling at 80 degrees Celcius (just add a splash of cold water)
Steep for 2-3 minutes then pour.

One retail pouch will make: 

100g will make around 40 cups of tea
