Marrakesh Moroccan Mint


If you've been to Morocco you'll love this tea, if you haven't it'll make you want to book a ticket and pack your bags.  Gunpowder green tea mixed with spearmint or nana mint as it's often called.  Add sugar and think of Marrakesh.




Chinese gunpowder green tea with spearmint leaves

To make: 

1 level teaspoon for 200ml cup
Use water slightly cooler than boiling at 80 degrees Celcius (just add a splash of cold water)
Steep for 2-3 minutes then pour.

One retail pouch will make: 

100 gram pouch makes around 65 cups of tea
