Lemon Ginseng Sencha


Think of the creamy lemon flavours of a light lemon sorbet, with the zing of lemongrass and added goodness of ginseng, then combine with a mellow green tea.




Green sencha tea with pieces of ginseng root, lemongrass, flavour, sunflowers, lemon fruit granulate (glucose, wheat, lemon juice, sugar, apricot, potato starch, sodium alginate, flavour).

To make: 

1 level teaspoon for 200ml cup.
Use water slightly cooler than boiling at 80 degrees Celcius (just add a splash of cold water)
Steep for 2-3 minutes then pour.

One retail pouch will make: 

100 gram pouch makes around 65 cups of tea
