China White Hair


This tea is grown in the high mountain tea estates, located more than 1,500 metres above sea level where the growing conditions are almost perfect and the gardens are covered by mist through much of the year.  The harvesting time is in April.  China White Hair has a smooth taste and delicate fragrance

White tea

To make: 

1 level teaspoon for 200ml cup.
Use water slightly cooler than boiling at 80 degrees Celcius (just add a splash of cold water)
Steep for 2-3 minutes then pour
Tea leaves can be re-infused several times

One retail pouch will make: 

70 gram bag will make around 35 cups of tea
