China Jasmine with Blossoms Pyramid Tea Bags


A classical Chinese green tea. Jasmine flowers are picked when they begin to bloom and are layered over tea leaves overnight. The tea quickly absorbs the jasmine flavour while leaving the pretty blossoms intact. This flavouring process is repeated with several batches of flowers, delivering a golden cup with a unique jasmine green tea flavour synonymous with Chinese restaurants

To make: 

Use one pyramid tea bag for small teapot or large cup or mug up to 350ml

Use water slightly cooler than boiling at 80 degrees Celcius (just add a splash of cold water)
Steep for 2-3 minutes then pour
