China Jasmine With Blossoms

A classical Chinese green tea. Jasmine flowers are picked when they begin to bloom and are layered over tea leaves overnight. The tea quickly absorbs the jasmine flavour while leaving the pretty blossoms intact. This flavouring process is repeated with several batches of flowers, delivering a golden cup with a unique jasmine green tea flavour synonymous with Chinese restaurants.
