Berry Peach Crumble


Dark and exotic, Berry Peach Crumble brews to a rich deep red infusion of berries, cherries and currants.  Not only good as an iced tea but makes a superb jelly with the addition of gelatin.


Currants, rosehips, elderberries, hibiscus, blueberries, cherry pieces, blackberries, flavour

To make: 

1 heaped teaspoon for 200ml cup 
Add freshly boiled water
Steep for 6 - 10 minutes then pour

One retail pouch will make: 

100 gram pouch makes around 35 cups of tea
