Apples Pears & Lemon Balm


Apples and pears, both great when juiced so why not as a hot fruit infusion.  Serving up a really good hit of apple and pear tastes without the masking of berries and rosehip.  Great as an iced drink or for serving the kids.


Apple pieces with vitamin C (apple pieces, flavour, citric acid, vitamin C), papaya pieces (papaya, sugar, citric acid, calcium chloride), rosehips, pear pieces (dried pear, rice meal), flavour and lemon balm leaves

To make: 

1 heaped teaspoon for 200ml cup
Add freshly boiled water
Steep for 6 - 10 minutes then pour

One retail pouch will make: 

100 gram pouch makes around 25 cups of tea
