Raspberry leaf tea is has a high content of vitamins and miners like vitamins A, B, C, and E, potassium, phosphorus and calcium. Used to promote the overall health and well-being of women during pregnancy and is used as a tonic for pregnant women. Apart from these vitamins and minerals, the leaf contains alkaloids like fragrine that has been found to tone the muscles of the pelvic region and uterus so that the process of delivery becomes easier, faster and less painful. Tastes wonderful, a nice change after having mostly water during the whole pregnancy. I had it plain and sometime with a bit of sugar for a treat! Took it during week 39 to induce labour, and baby came 6 days later.

I really enjoy this tea. It's got a lovely easy to drink taste. I like to mix it up with Camomile as a just before bed drink.

Very refreshing, mild flavour. Not sweet so a nice contrast from the fruity teas. Makes me feel healthy drinking this!
