Anna Salek aka The Tea Lady started Tea Total in 1995. When she's not running around the place sourcing new tea suppliers and delving into the mysteries of all things tea she can be found around the warehouse answering customer queries, updating the website and making sure the wheels keep turning.

Judith Faithfull aka Jude has been with Tea Total for more years than any customer can remember. Starting at Tea Total Café then moving to the warehouse, Jude is often the first point of contact when you phone or email. You may not recognise the face but you’ll always remember her voice. More than likely she’ll remember you too.

Amanda Murray looks after Tea Total accounts and ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Behind the quiet voice is a wealth of tea knowledge gained over the many years she’s been working at Tea Total. Amanda began at Tea Total in 2003 so there’s not much she doesn’t know about tea and she’s a whizz with logistics. |

Linda Thompson makes sure your order is correctly packed and in the hands of the courier as quickly as possible. Linda’s been at Tea Total since 2006 and is fastidious about order and tidiness so there are very few mistakes in the orders that leave our warehouse.

The Other Tea Lady from time to time we have the assistance of other Tea Ladies and Chai Boys. Naturally they are well trained in the art of customer satisfaction and help to keep the kettle boiling at Tea Total. We wouldn’t want to keep you waiting for your tea now would we? |
