Delivery

Your order will be delivered either by PBT Couriers (or their agents) or NZ Post, depending on the size of your order and where you live.

We do not have a minimum order, instead our Delivery and Handling fee is fixed, whether you order 100 grams or 1.5 kilos, the cost is the same.

We endeavour to get your tea to you as quickly as possible but once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our hands.

If you haven’t received your order within about five working days please let us know and we’ll put a trace on your parcel or send a replacement.
